this was the table set up b4 dinner, in Heron Restaurant where Jo and i both work! the boys had prepared colouring books, plastic cups and chocolates for both of us!! so much for 5star silver service ey!!!

last tuesday night Jo and i got a room each as part of the "be your guest" program at work.. it was free!!! free 3 course meal and two rooms with two doubles!! awsome view over vancouver and a fantastic night!! here is jo and jamil aswell who also came for dinner before we hit the town with a few buddys!!!

20,000 people was a big show, compared to 80,000 back home it was nothing 

at the football, B.C Stadium, heres some of the local cheer squad!

ok after a morning run, walk to Myahs bday party and back we decided to go for a hike 25km later!!! haha we made it to the top no probs, this is me on the way up!! not even breaking sweat!!

heres Myah and Sophie, they r so beautiful, they wouldnt let go of me and jo, and begged to be in this pic!! u cant see but we r standing on a post and r all about to fall, but they were so keen on a photo all holding hands!! hehe 

i love the ripples in the water here it was like glass 

i was the lone soldier, no one trusted me, all thought i was too crazy when i joked about tipping the boat!!! so i got a kayak and the 3 others shared a canoe..water is about 2degrees, i went crazy and got drenched showing off!!! hehe

this is charmaines brothers house.. its amazing, 3 stories and about 100m2!!! we spent a fair bit of time here, with the kids ull see in the pictures further on!!
